Courtney helped us in so many ways with a very difficult sale. She not only did everything she could to make the sale of our home easy, she went 100% +. On the day of the sale, my husband slipped on black ice and had to go to the hospital. We weren't finished packing, we missed the time for the signing. She stepped in and finished what still needed to be done. My husband is OK, and we managed to close a bit later than we had planned. Through it all she was supportive, kind, and encouraging.
